Saturday 30th July was the big chop day for Chris who, with the help of Cast Hairdressing in Beeston, completed the transition from errant Viking to leading man Robbie Hart in our upcoming production of The Wedding Singer*.
As we posted previously, as well as looking the part Chris has been collecting sponsorship to raise money for our chosen charity this year, Myeloma UK. Read about why Myeloma UK is our chosen charity for 2016. And if all of that wasn’t enough, Chris’ locks will be going to the Little Princess Trust who make human hair wigs for children with hair loss caused by cancer treatment and illnesses!
Chris Bryan – the gift that keeps on giving. Head on over to our to our JustGiving page – he has already raised a very impressive sum but we’d love to raise more so please get in involved and help us smash this year’s target. We are all just keeping our fingers crossed that Chris isn’t like some musical Samson where his voice was linked to his hair … we shall see …
*It was basically that, or keep growing it and wait until it was long enough to play Rapunzel in Into The Woods
