Beeston Musical Theatre Group is a very popular local musical society with members, patrons and audience members from Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and beyond. We regularly receive outstanding reviews in local media, accompanied by photos of us taken by a local freelance professional photographer.

As a non-profit making, charity arts group we provide the perfect opportunity for local businesses to advertise and improve their reputation throughout the area, whilst providing the society with much-needed revenue. In fact, there are a number of ways that your business can advertise with us:

Advertisements in Show Programmes

This is the most popular form of business sponsorship and simply consists of advertisements placed without our shows programme, from a quarter page to a full page in size.

500 programmes are usually printed and are sold for £1 each (this cost just covers the production of the programmes, so profit is only generated from the advertisements) during each of our shows. We typically have 6 performances - Monday to Saturday evening, with a Saturday afternoon matinee - and can seat 200 people during each.

Advertisement costs are as follows:

£80 - Back cover, full page and colour (includes 2 free show tickets)
£60 - Full inside page, black & white (includes 2 free show tickets)
£40 - Half inside page, black & white
£25 - Quarter inside page, black & white

The programmes are A5 in size and are usually made of high quality 120g glossy paper..

Show Sponsorship

This is sponsoring an entire show (not a performance but the entire run), allowing it to be branded with your company name (within the regulations of the shows copyright holder). This extends to posters, flyers, programmes and merchandise - a total of over 13000 branded items*. Our advertising extends to various building locations, local papers, websites, local radio, etc. You can also have a fixed display in the foyer of our performance venue.

This costs £250 (which includes 4 free tickets and 4 drinks at the bar).

*This is based on 10000 A5 flyers, 1000 A4 posters, 100 A3 posters, 2000 "business" cards and 500 programmes. Merchandise is only produced for specific shows, where it is deemed viable.

Concert Sponsorship

This is sponsoring an entire concert run (not a performance but the entire run), allowing it to be branded with your company name (within the regulations of the shows copyright holder). This extends to posters, flyers, programmes and merchandise - a total of over 5600 branded items*. Our advertising extends to various building locations, local papers, websites, local radio, etc. You can also have a fixed display in the foyer of our performance venue.

This costs £100 (and includes 4 free tickets and 4 drinks at the bar).

Website Advertising

Re-launched in 2005, we receive approximately 40,000 page views, 13,000 visits and 10,800 unique visitors per year (this is based on 5 months of statistics from February to June 2007). Two thirds of these visits are from the UK. The site is listed prominently in all the major search engines and directories and is linked to by many theatre and charitable organisations.

We now offer the ability, from £10 a year (approx. $20), to advertise on individual pages. For the money you will receive a single text line (in a highlighted box) at the top of the page of your choice* which can link to a webpage. In addition, your business will be added to our "Useful Links" and "Acknowledgements" pages.

Webpage Sponsorship

If you'd like to help the society by sponsoring an individual page of the website, then you now can. For £10 you can choose a page for your highlighed sponsorship message to appear on* for one year. Your sponsor message will then appear below the top row or menu options.
